I’m passionate about helping couples conceive and maintain a healthy pregnancy by optimising their fertile health and wellbeing. I have a clinic/yoga studio in Shenfield, Essex and also see clients via Skype/Phone.

I specialised in the area of fertility as I felt frustrated that at our education only focussed on how not to get pregnant. This left a lot of us presuming that getting pregnant and having a baby would be easy, which isn’t always the case. We weren’t informed how:

  • Getting pregnant doesn’t necessarily happen straight away

  • ~ 1 in 7 couples may have difficulty conceiving

  • Certain conditions can affect our ability to conceive and have a healthy pregnancy

  • The quality and quantity of our eggs decrease with age

  • We can optimise the quality of eggs/sperm by optimising our health and wellbeing

  • ~ 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage

  • Infertility and pregnancy loss can have a huge emotional impact

Using my scientific education in anatomy, nutrition, psychology and embryology, holistic health training in health coaching, yoga, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and meditation, I started to focus on what we can do to get pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy.

I came up with my evidence-based natural fertility formula that offers a whole person, mind-body approach. It focusses on the following six areas that I describe in further detail on my homepage:
